This is from a Chinese poem "Green Cup Table", written by a Chinese Poet Xin Qiji.
It translated as "I find her there where lantern light is dimly shed".
It means people always look for the one in the crowd but somehow the ONE is right next to you, hiding where the light is dimmed.
The poem carry a sense of pity of people always missed the one meant to be with regrets.
So don't miss him/her if you found the ONE - send it to someone you loved.

All embroidery hoop comes with velvet string as for wall hanging. If it is not needed, you can take it our easily and use the original hook instead.
