| COVID-19 Measures |
1. To meet epidemic prevention requirements, instructors have completed health screenings and are confirmed to be in good condition before commencing classes. Relevant participants will have their temperatures checked, and alcohol disinfection equipment will be provided to ensure the safety of all attendees.
2. If an epidemic alert level is raised after registration, registered participants who wish to change their class date or cancel their course may contact the organizer to make arrangements.
3. Upon entry, please disinfect your hands with alcohol spray and have your temperature taken. Entry will be denied if your temperature exceeds 37.5°C. Masks must be worn at all times during the class.
4. No refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
| Refund Policy |
1. In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change the date or modify the activity content.
2. For cancellations or rescheduling requested 5 days (inclusive) before the class date, a 20% processing fee will be deducted for refunds or rescheduling (rescheduling is permitted only once).
3. If you are unable to attend within 2 months of your rescheduled date, you may opt for a refund.
4. Classes require a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum number is not met, participants will be notified of a reschedule or refund before the class begins.
| Course Specifics |
1. Activities are for registered participants only. If a parent wishes to accompany a child, an additional fee of NT$200 for the seat is required.
2. To promote environmental protection, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creation.
3. After purchasing a course, feel free to contact customer service, and a representative will assist you in scheduling your session promptly.
4. Photos and videos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to the "森鄰.NEIGHBOR FOREST" social media after the event for activity records or promotional use for other recruitment channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member at the event.
