The actual product may not be exactly the same as the natural stone shown in the product photos. We also do not accept returns or refunds for issues related to product size or human-caused damage. ● Any concerns must be communicated via email within three days of receiving the item. ● For non-quality related issues, returns or exchanges are not accepted. In case of a quality-related return, any accompanying gifts must also be returned, and the packaging must be complete. Otherwise, the return will not be processed. ● Any taxes, duties, or customs-related issues for the customer's receiving country/region are the sole responsibility of the customer. ● Once the item is shipped, the customer must collect it within the specified period.
