Fu Zhong is located at the center of Coconut Grove Avenue. It was cast by Taida University to commemorate President Fu Sinian.
President Fu Sinian represents the value of Taiwan University’s academic freedom and university autonomy.
Fu Zhong rang twenty times at a time, precisely because President Fu Sinian thought that "there is only twenty-one hours a day, and the remaining three hours are used for contemplation."
