Introducing the "Saki-ami" Flower Basket as a "Lucky" Basket! We wanted to create a lucky bag that captures the excitement of potentially finding a coveted, amazing item – that's the joy of lucky bags, isn't it! Get your hands on these baskets in the new year and fully enjoy the fun of "Saki-ami" weaving! We've fully utilized the gentle softness, translucency, and harmonious colors of organza when light shines through, weaving in plenty of air. My theme for creating is fashion that harmonizes with nature. Wanting to create a bag that feels like you're carrying hydrangeas themselves, we connected many flowers to create an artistic bag with a perfectly round form. Featuring hydrangeas in a delicate, soft blue palette, and hydrangeas transitioning into autumn colors, these two are blended in a gradient, offering a design that can be enjoyed from either side. Whether placed in your room or taken out for a stroll, the "Saki-ami" basket naturally blends into any scene. Meticulous Craftsmanship We use a generous amount of organza for our bags. It all begins with tearing the fabric, strand by strand. From the basket, colorful "Saki-ami" flowers bloom abundantly. This is why I named it "Saki-ami" (blooming weave) instead of "Saki-ami" (tearing weave). So You Can Pour In Plenty of Love The entire piece, including the sewing, is made of organza, making it incredibly light and unobtrusive for outings. Thanks to the tight weave, even if it gets wet or is handled during your travels, it won't unravel or lose its volume! If it gets dirty, you can hand wash it. Material Focus The fluffy "Saki-ami" is born from organza. Organza is a thin, light, and crisp, stiff, hand-woven plain-weave fabric. It allows light to pass through, creating a unique soft atmosphere and an elegant translucency that evokes a sense of transparency, characterized by its distinctive luster and elasticity. After tearing various fabrics, chiko uses polyester organza for its superior strength and stable quality. Notes on Handling "Saki-ami" Products As the fabric is torn to create these items, some fraying is natural. While some fuzz may shed initially, it will become less noticeable as you use the item and the fibers settle, so please enjoy its unique texture. If you are concerned about dirt, gently press and wash the item. Drying it as is will restore its volume!
