Warranty Period: The product comes with a two-year free warranty from the date of sale. • The warranty card must be filled in with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped with the warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered valid. • For issues outside the warranty scope or after the warranty period has expired, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and repair part costs. 2. Warranty Coverage: Handles and wheels are covered under warranty. • Defects arising from material issues and manufacturing flaws are also within the warranty scope. • This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, main body damage, scratches, abrasion, etc.), or damage resulting from liquid exposure, which affects usability. 3. Repair Process: • Please take photos of the product before sending it for repair. • Contact customer service by phone before shipping the item back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility). • For repairs outside the warranty scope or after the warranty period, our repair team will assess the repair costs and contact the consumer for a quote. Repairs will commence only after mutual agreement. • If the consumer does not agree to the repair quote, the product will be returned via cash-on-delivery for shipping fees. 4. Repair Duration: • Standard repairs: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). • Expedited repairs: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time), with an additional fee of $150 NTD for rush processing. • If parts need to be ordered from overseas due to unavailability, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period can be approximately 2-3 months. 5. Exclusions: For any damage caused by airport handling or other external forces during transit, please file a claim directly with the airline. This is not covered by our company's warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage: Items will be stored for three months from the date we notify the customer for pickup. Items not collected within this period will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and our company will not be responsible for their safekeeping. 【Important Notes】 1. Replacement parts used during repairs may not be original. If original parts are out of stock or discontinued, substitute parts will be used. 2. Please pack items securely in a box for repairs and warranty service. Do not hand over items directly to the delivery driver without packaging, as they may refuse to accept them. 3. Within the warranty period, free repair services as described are available upon presentation of the warranty card. If damage is caused by improper use or the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still be charged within the warranty period. 4. In the event of any damage to the luggage during airline transit, please ensure you file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a timely claim cannot be made, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
