**Collaboration with Paper-Cutting Artist Lin Wen-Chen** to showcase the craft of floral tea production.
Paper-cutting is an important element of traditional Eastern culture, representing cultural inheritance and creativity. Taiwanese tea, having traversed time, carries historical flavors and a unique position. Both are renowned for their attention to detail and mastery of technique. The tea-making process requires precise control of time, temperature, and methods to extract optimal flavor and aroma. Similarly, a paper-cutting artist must meticulously cut paper and handle every detail precisely to create exquisite works.

**Traditional Eastern Scenting Craft - Scent Only, No Flower**
"Scenting" is a tea-making craft that infuses natural floral fragrances into tea leaves. Flowers and tea interweave and layer; as time flows, the tea leaves absorb the floral aroma, ultimately presenting a uniquely flavored fine tea. Western floral teas are made by blending all ingredients together for brewing.
The scenting process involves mixing tea leaves with freshly picked flowers. Through capillary action, the tea leaves absorb the floral fragrance. The Ming Dynasty book "Chá Pǔ" records that any fragrant flower can be used for scenting. When flowers are in full bloom, a bamboo cage layered with paper is used. Tea is placed on the upper layer and flowers on the lower. This is repeated several times, allowing the tea leaves to acquire the floral aroma. After completion, the flowers are removed, leaving only the tea leaves, thus creating floral tea.
