Due to variations in leather inventory and natural grain, if a significant flaw or damage during production renders a large panel unusable, both parties agree to a full refund as the resolution. **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins. These are not considered defects. Minor pressure marks or scratches during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect of life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major abrasions. Please consider carefully if you are sensitive to these. While not as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, they possess a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and with different usage habits, it develops personal scratch marks, deepens in color, and gains a patina, slowly revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, different batches and storage times can result in variations in leather color. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made to order. Please specify your custom requests such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font" at the time of ordering. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the "embossing area" blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
