Provide your name, registration date, and session choice to receive the color chart for advance material preparation.
* To ensure teaching quality, the studio is accessible only to registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts. Please do not arrive too early to avoid unnecessary waiting.
(Participants aged 10-14 require one parent/guardian to accompany and assist throughout the crafting process; no additional fee for the accompanying adult.)
* For latecomers, we cannot provide individual explanations mid-class. "Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting other participants. To safeguard the rights of other attendees, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be necessary.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. You may bring a covered beverage, but please be careful to avoid spills.
* Workshop sessions may be photographed and filmed for marketing materials on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff at the venue so we can avoid capturing your image. By not notifying us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of your likeness and images/photos of your work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Booked sessions cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled on the day of the workshop. Rescheduling is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather-related closures: Government announces school and work closures for the designated area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as outlined above).
4. Special circumstances: Illness or traffic accidents (subject to discussion).

* In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, immediately cease operation and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by non-compliance with operating instructions will be subject to full compensation at the original price.
