If there is a public holiday, shipping will be postponed. - Rush orders will incur an additional 15% production fee and require prior contact. - For standard postal delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package during daytime hours. If unsure, please choose an alternative logistics method. **Return and Exchange Policy** - All items are **custom-made** and cannot be returned. Solid Wood Veneer Sample Shipping If you have specific color requirements, you can send us photos for our assessment. Once confirmed as feasible, please mail us a solid wood veneer sample (maximum size 20x20cm). Upon receiving the sample, we will select solid wood pieces with similar colors and send you photos for confirmation. (Shipping costs for this service are to be paid by the customer.) 2. Production Confirmation Procedure After confirmation, we will proceed with production. The wood sample and the final product will be shipped back together. 3. Return and Exchange Policy for Color Differences If you choose not to utilize this service, color variations arising from the natural characteristics of the material cannot be a reason for return or exchange.
