Incorrect models may incur return shipping fees. * The acrylic piece features UV printing. Please avoid using large amounts of alcohol for disinfection. Wipe with clean water only, as excessive alcohol can cause the print to fade. This phone case is compatible with 80% of screen protectors, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all. We focus on natural editing, adjusting lighting and tones without beautification. If you prefer beautified photos, please provide them yourself. Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Customized products are final sale and do not qualify for the 7-day appreciation period. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. (We cannot resell your custom order). We do not accept returns based on subjective reasons such as 'not as imagined' or personal aesthetic preferences. Custom Order Instructions // 1. Select the product you wish to customize and complete the payment. 2. After placing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. You will receive a draft for review and approval within 1-3 days of the design process for the physical product. 6. After confirmation, we will proceed with printing and production, which typically takes 30-35 business days. Some products may take longer; please refer to the specific product description for details. We will inform you of the estimated shipping date. 7. We will notify you on the day of shipment once your product is packaged. If it arrives earlier, we will ship it out promptly.
