Hello, I am Finger Suck Factory, a soft vinyl artist based in Japan. The brand name "Finger Suck" is derived from my real surname, "Yubisui" (which literally translates to "finger sucking" in Japanese). It represents a metaphor for the innocent impulses of childhood, unforgettable attachments, and the addictive nature of creation. My original character, "MORA MORA," was born from the theme of "seeds" or "fruit." At first glance, they are strange, yet they are mysterious creatures with an undeniable charm. My goal is to let "cuteness" coexist with a hint of edge and a sense of playfulness. By blending Japanese craftsmanship with my own unique sensibility, I hand-paint each piece, pouring my soul into the colors. While I have mainly been active in Japan, I am truly excited to finally bring MORA MORA to collectors across Asia, especially in Taiwan, a place I have come to love. More than just a "toy," I hope my work serves as "Art Toy"—something that stays by your side and brings a smirk to your face.
