**Why Industrial Style Dried Flowers with Sola Flower as the Main Element?**
Dried flowers have always been beloved by many for their elegant appearance. When placed in a decorative spot, they add even more charm. However, you cannot drip essential oils directly onto preserved flowers, as excess moisture can still cause mold. Therefore, for this workshop, we've chosen sola flower as the main element. Sola flowers are crafted from wood slices and are excellent for diffusing essential oils!

**Crafting Process**
The instructor will start by introducing some arrangement tips and tying techniques, making it easy for beginners to grasp. For flower arrangement methods, the instructor will offer timely advice!

**Handicraft Experience and Finished Product**
The finished product will include a preserved flower planter with sola flowers as the main element, a 5ML bottle of essential oil, and a hexagonal or octagonal industrial-style stone coaster. You can drip the essential oil onto the main sola flower or the stone coaster; both have diffusing functions. Come and join the workshop!

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After placing an order and completing checkout, the purchase receipt serves as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Enrollment will close immediately once full. Unchecked-out orders will not be counted towards the student list.
・If unable to attend or requesting a reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days before the commencement date, a refund of 95% of the total actual amount paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the commencement date, a refund of 90% of the total actual amount paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the commencement date, a refund of 80% of the total actual amount paid will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months; please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If unable to comply with the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the workshop, as materials and venue arrangements have been completed, refunds and reschedules will not be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeitures.
・To protect the rights of other participants, those arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets may not join unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the store in advance to inquire.
・If the number of participants for a session does not reach 6 people two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes self-service black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience activity for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional purposes.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
