Because we use shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, which can look like "fraying" at first glance. These are unavoidable with the use of old machinery. We make every effort to avoid them during fabric cutting and use them in inconspicuous areas if found, in addition to thorough inspections at the factory. However, due to the nature of the machinery, it's impossible to eliminate them completely.
