Compared to the robust "Twelve Scrolls," the variegated "Twelve Lights" presents a softer, more elegant aesthetic. Its unique patterns and leaf variations lend an air of refined grace, making it a delightfully low-maintenance companion. Like the "Twelve Scrolls," it dislikes direct sunlight. This is especially true for variegated varieties, which lack chlorophyll in their white sections. Excessive sun exposure can cause the leaf tips to turn brown and scorched, affecting their appearance. It thrives in partial shade, indirect light, dry, and well-ventilated conditions. The general principle for watering is to water only when the soil is dry, and then water thoroughly. This succulent is essentially very easy to care for! If the tips of the leaves are scorched and you're concerned, you can gently trim them with sterilized scissors. | Sunlight | Highly shade-tolerant with modest light requirements. Place it in a spot with indirect light – think corners of balconies or the second tier of a wooden shelf.
