Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection; minor dents or creases during logistics are unavoidable and do not qualify for return or exchange. 8. For bags with floral or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomized, and each piece will have a unique distribution. Ordering implies your understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual product colors are definitive. Manual measurements may have a standard international tolerance of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization marks or logos) should not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1.
