1. Product warranty period: The product enjoys two years of free warranty service from the date of sale.
‧The purchase date must be filled in (not allowed to be altered) and the warranty stamp must be stamped on the warranty card. If the card is lost but can provide sufficient proof of the purchase date, it is deemed to be in possession of the card.
‧If the product is not covered by the warranty or has exceeded the warranty period, you can still enjoy the lifetime warranty service. The buyer must bear the cost of return shipping and repair parts.
2. Product warranty scope: Handle handles, pull rods, and wheels are covered by the warranty.
‧If the fault is caused by product material problems and manufacturing defects, it is also covered by the warranty.
‧If the usability of the product is impaired due to natural wear and tear, improper use or external factors (especially damage while traveling on transportation, such as deformation, breakage, body damage, scratches, abrasion, etc.), or due to the use of liquids , this warranty service does not apply.
3. Repair process service:
‧Be sure to take photos of the product before sending it for repair.
‧Please call customer service staff before sending for repair, and then send the product back to our company (you need to bear the return shipping fee yourself).
‧If it is not within the warranty scope or the warranty period has expired, the maintenance personnel will assess the maintenance cost and proactively contact the consumer for a quote. Repairs will only begin after both parties confirm the repair.
‧If the consumer does not agree to repair, the company will send the product back with cash on delivery freight.
4. Maintenance cycle:
‧General items: about 30 working days (excluding holidays and shipping time).
‧Urgent mail: about 20 working days (excluding holidays and shipping time), you need to pay an additional urgent mail processing fee of $150.
‧In case of parts shortage and it is necessary to order additional parts from abroad, the urgent order arrangement is not applicable and the waiting period will be about 2-3 months.
5. Exclusion clause: If the suitcase is damaged due to airport check-in or other external factors, please file a claim directly with the airline, which is not covered by the company's warranty.
6. The storage period of maintenance products: three months from the date when the company notifies the customer to retrieve them. If the products are not collected within the time limit, they will be deemed to have been voluntarily abandoned, and the company will not be responsible for the storage.
【Notes】
1. Original parts may not necessarily be used during maintenance. When original parts are out of stock or discontinued, they will be replaced by substitute parts.
2. Please bring your own cartons for maintenance and warranty, and do not deliver them directly to the pick-up driver naked. The pick-up driver may not accept the delivery.
3. During the product warranty period, you can enjoy free maintenance services within the warranty scope by presenting the warranty card. If the product is damaged due to improper use or the warranty card cannot be produced, parts repair costs will still be charged during the warranty period.
4. If your suitcase is damaged during check-in by an airline, please be sure to apply for a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If the application cannot be made in time and the parts not covered by the warranty are damaged, the customer will bear the cost of repair.
