How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Sizing method: Take a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) and wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight. The ring can be adjusted at our store after completion.

**Workshops can be scheduled for one person and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to the confirmed workshop date. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the workshop are non-refundable but can be converted to store credit for other merchandise or workshops.
● Samples are available for try-on in-store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are possible (subject to availability of materials in stock).
Upgrades to higher-priced styles are also permitted with the price difference paid; however, exchanges for lower-priced styles are not eligible for refunds.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about classroom availability if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples, to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials during the workshop. The artisan will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process. If a finished piece cannot be remedied due to personal deviation from the instructed steps, a new set of materials will require an additional purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, with variations depending on the complexity of the chosen style. Items can be taken home on the same day.

★ During the workshop, please adhere to the safety guidelines provided by the artisan regarding equipment usage. Female participants may be required to tie back long hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.

★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled workshop date, all classes will be suspended in accordance with government directives for your safety, and a new date will be arranged.
