Mimosa is a flower that announces spring. My heart gets excited when I see mimosas at flower shops at the end of the cold winter. March 8th is International Women's Day. In Italy, it is customary for men to give mimosa flowers to women as a symbol of the mimosa flower that blooms at the time of this "Women's Day". Therefore, March 8th is also called "Mimosa Day".
