Message the artist to confirm date, location, and number of guests. 2. Discuss any special requests in advance. (e.g., incorporating a logo/specific symbol in the bottom right corner) 3. Confirm if you wish to add the decorative wooden stand set. 4. **Pay a 30% deposit in advance.** (__The remaining balance + Transportation Fee are due the day before the event.__) 5. The event will be completed on the scheduled day. **Event Flow** 1. Guests visit the booth for the artist to take photos or send photos to the artist. 2. Each portrait is recommended for 2 people, maximum 4 people (__half body__). 3. Guests receive a numbered ticket. 4. Collect your artwork before departing. --------------------- **Important Details** *Each event requires a minimum of 2 hours. Each additional hour is +NTD 2,500. *Approximately 5-8 portraits can be completed per hour. *Recommended for 2 people per portrait (maximum 4 people): **The more people, the longer it will take.** *Transportation Fee starts at NTD 300, calculated from New Taipei City. *For a large number of guests, the artist will bring an assistant (no additional charge). **Key Information** *To ensure a good experience for all guests, each person can only be depicted once per event. (Special requests can be discussed, or guests can have their portrait drawn again after others have finished.) *In case of unforeseen circumstances: Cancellations made __7 days prior__ to the event will not receive a refund of the deposit but can be rescheduled once (within 3 months). *If the number of people in line exceeds capacity, the artist will stop distributing numbered tickets early. (If you wish for the artist to continue drawing, you will need to purchase additional hours if time runs out.) *If the artwork is not completed by the end of the scheduled time, the artist will determine if a complimentary follow-up session is possible. **Follow-up Painting Conditions** *If you wish for the artwork to be completed and collected on-site, please opt for additional hours. *Maximum 4 paintings for follow-up sessions.
