Product dimensions are fixed and cannot be custom-processed. "Custom Pet Designs" . Please provide a close-up, front-facing photo of your pet's face. Use bright, white lighting if possible, avoiding overly dark or dim photos. Photos should be without special effects, as these can affect the pet's fur color. . As the style is cute and not realistic, photos of the finished product will not be provided unless requested. . Modifications are limited to one chance. Once the item is received, no further modifications, remakes, or returns due to dissatisfaction will be accepted. "Custom Design" . We cannot create designs based on famous characters, cartoons, or other existing product designs. . You can submit your own original drawings for evaluation. "Custom Text Addition" . Limited to 7 characters (including 7 characters). . Due to the nature of handmade needle-felting, complex Chinese characters with too many strokes or intricate fonts are not feasible. Please contact us to evaluate feasibility for Chinese characters. We recommend using English abbreviations or names. . For additional characters, there is a charge of NT$30 per character. If confirmed, a dedicated listing will be created for your order. . Font styles are unified and cannot be changed. Size and placement may not be exactly the same as in the photos. . If you wish to change the font color, please inform us via email. Colors in photos will be the primary reference. . The minimum size for a character is within a 1.5 x 1.5 cm area. + International Buyer Notes . We ship via Post Office, not SF Express. Please provide a detailed address and name in both Chinese and English. . International production and shipping times will be longer; please be patient. . Dried flower products cannot be shipped internationally; please take note. + Wool Felt Care Instructions . To prevent deformation or shrinking of wool felt designs or text, do not machine wash. Hand wash to maintain shape. . Do not scrub with a brush; air dry after washing. . Do not tumble dry, as this may cause shrinkage. . Wool felt is a natural material. Pilling from prolonged use and friction is normal. Trim with scissors or gently iron at a low-medium temperature to flatten. . If wool felt designs or text become dirty, clean them promptly. . Do not use hot water, harsh scrubbing, or detergents for cleaning.
