(2) Since designers must prepare materials and reserve quotas in advance, in order to protect each other’s rights and interests, if a refund is due to consumer personal factors 7 days before the event (excluding the day of the experience), a 50% handling fee will be charged. This fee will not be refunded within 7 days of the event. Tickets are non-refundable and can be transferred to relatives and friends to take classes on your behalf/replaced with personally customized products, etc.
(3) If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer 7 days before the event to facilitate follow-up processing. The maximum extension is three months. If you request to reschedule or cancel the event within 7 days of the event, no rescheduling or refund will be given! !
(4) Side shots will be taken during the trial class and uploaded to the brand’s Facebook fan page and IG page after the class. It will be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes; if you do not want to be photographed, you can proactively inform us on the spot before the event.
(5) If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the designer will proactively contact us for an extension or refund.
