?Cancellation method
If you cancel the order (including the whole cancellation and partial cancellation) 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
50% of the original price will be deducted as a handling fee if the order is canceled 6 to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
Cancellation of the order (including the entire cancellation and partial cancellation) will not be accepted between 3 days and the same day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
During the event, if the participation in the event is suspended due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded.
If the event is canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will contact you to postpone or refund.
?Change method
The date can be changed from 6 to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change is limited to one time, and is limited to the activities of the same organizer. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess fee will be refunded and the deficiency will be compensated; cancellation of the activity after rescheduling will not be accepted.
Date changes are not accepted within 3 days before the departure date and within the same day; if you want to increase the number of people to experience, you must call to inquire at least 1 day before the departure date.
If you are unable to go to the experience for a short time, it is recommended that you transfer the seat within 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), otherwise no refund will be given; but please be sure to inform the agent participant's name and contact information.
