If you are unable to attend after completing payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. We will charge 30% of the ticket price to cover all incurred expenses. If you need to reschedule, please cancel your current ticket and purchase a new one. As the designer needs ten days prior to the event to prepare materials, refunds or exchanges are not possible within ten days before the event.

If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable reasons such as accidents or illness on the day of the event, you can provide relevant medical or bereavement certificates within seven days after the event concludes, and we will assist with a full refund. Refunds for other personal reasons are not accepted.
