Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not considered flaws. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal within the acceptable range, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-made items but possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop its own scratches and a patina, gradually revealing a look that is uniquely yours. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece distinct and captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying inventory or storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from previous orders will not be identical to new orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is a **custom-made order**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes. If no notes are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "custom products" are not eligible for a 7-day free look period and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
