Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to machine-produced perfection but possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather develops personal scratches and marks, darkening and gaining a patina, gradually revealing a unique look that belongs to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to variations in texture and dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made-to-order as a **customized item**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," in your order notes. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to the designer's choice for "stitching color" and "blank" for "embossed text." As each order is **customized**, it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have a 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (e.g., too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
