Glass Dip Pen ★★★ Due to lighting and background, the pen body may appear slightly purple in photos. The actual pen body is deep blue, but the nib is a blend of deep blue and purple. Each pen is crafted uniquely, with slight variations from the handmade firing process. (For example, the barrel and nib may not be perfectly straight, the surface may not be completely smooth, some textured areas might feel raised or lowered to the touch, and the ink grooves may not be perfectly equidistant.) A new pen is made only after a previous one is sold. If you require more than two, please message us first to view sample photos and confirm before purchasing. The pen shipped will be the one shown in the photo. Each glass pen possesses its own character – its warmth, how it feels in your hand, the writing experience, the pattern's direction, its length... all are entirely distinct. 【How to Use】 Dip the nib into ink, to about 1/3 to over half of its length, to begin writing (avoid hitting the bottom of the ink bottle). The writing feel and thickness will vary depending on the angle you hold the pen. Some angles may not write smoothly; you'll need to find the angle that suits your writing style. After writing, simply rinse the nib with clean water. If residual ink remains in the crevices after rinsing, you can gently brush it with a soft toothbrush. Allow it to air dry before storing. Do not drop. ★ Some normal scratching may occur when first used. ★ Do not remove the protective cap by pulling it straight horizontally (this can damage the nib). Instead, twist it in opposite directions to remove. ★ Each pen features unique, naturally occurring bubbles or bubble patterns. ★ Please use fountain pen ink. ★ For calligraphy practice, consider choosing a hard-pen copybook. ★ Includes a small ink bottle (5ml) + storage box.
