Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear hooks and posts are typically made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market. Due to the absence of nickel in both the material and plating, there are no allergy concerns. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it's likely due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the earring material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for a definitive diagnosis, which can clarify the cause and protect the rights of both parties. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Can they be converted later? What are the costs? A: Yes, they can. 😊 We offer basic after-sales service. "Ear post to ear clip (free of charge)" "Ear clip to ear post (free of charge)" Simply mail the item you wish to convert back to us, along with $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ If return postage or cash is not included, we will not be able to ship the item back to you!! Is it really made of paper or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current acrylic technology cannot produce such intricate items. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting, providing basic water resistance (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long will it take for my order to ship after purchase? A: Monday to Friday (Crafting & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays (No shipping due to market stalls) As we participate in market events, and postal services do not operate on weekends, we ship orders between Monday and Friday. All accessories are made to order.
