1. To allow for material preparation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
2. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, the organizer will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
3. Feel free to bring your own beverages or snacks to avoid hunger! However, please avoid strongly scented foods for a better experience.
4. Photos and videos may be taken during the event by the organizer for documentation and future promotional use on social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will make arrangements.
5. For space and quality considerations, accompanying guests who have not registered are not permitted.
