The clearer the photo, the better we can capture expressions and contours, allowing us to present fine details that truly touch the heart. 🔸 Handmade Takes Time From design and carving to stitching, every step is done by hand. Production takes approximately 30–45 working days. Please allow us the time needed to carefully craft this heartfelt piece. 🔸 About the Return Policy As each item is custom-made just for you, the standard 7-day return policy does not apply. We appreciate your understanding. 🔸 Custom Order Process: 1. After placing your order, we will create a mock-up design for your confirmation. 2. Once confirmed, we will begin the production process. 3. When the semi-finished product is ready, we will send you a photo for review. If any adjustments are needed, we will do our best to accommodate them. 4. Upon your final confirmation, we will stitch the piece into its finished form and send another photo for approval. 5. Once everything is perfect, we’ll send this heartfelt creation straight to your hands.
