3. If you are unable to come to class after successful registration, since the materials are custom-made, refunds cannot be made. You are welcome to find someone to fill the gap.
4. Plant types will be adjusted or changed according to the market conditions of the season.
5. In order to protect the environment, please bring your own bag.
6. Enter the event on time. In order to make the experience event go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter, and no refund will be given.
7. You should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, you will be responsible for it.
8. Due to personal negligence during the process, the materials are made incorrectly or damaged, and the materials need to be purchased again before production can continue.
9. If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.
10. The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities as needed and upload them to the "TINY SHIHZI" community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
11. The organizer has the right to change courses and activities.
