Using kendo fabric with its rich texture and the understated, exquisite, and relatively smooth suede leather, these two fabrics with different characteristics are combined to create layered uppers. The color blocks are then integrated using similar tones, enriching the completeness of the shoes. It presents the integration of different cultures from Taiwan and Japan, and the spirit of professional craftsmanship. l Product Features Suede, commonly known as nubuck, is processed to give the leather a silky soft feel, widely used in shoe upper design to enhance product refinement. Kendo fabric is a high-weight cotton-linen fabric, reinforced with a special Sashiko weave to stabilize the fabric base while presenting different fabric embellishments. Combining kendo fabric, rich in Japanese culture and texture, with the silky soft suede used by high-end international brand designated material suppliers. The combination of these two fabrics with different characteristics in footwear creates layered uppers, further enhancing the delicate and exquisite fashion of the footwear. The materials are sustainable and certified. Japanese kendo fabric is repurposed from used kendo uniforms that have been recycled and reprocessed in Japan. The suede comes from LWG certified gold-rated tanneries and meets the EU's RSL restricted substances list standards. The selection of material suppliers is extremely strict, adhering to the brand's core values of corporate social responsibility. On a technical level, using fully handmade shoemaking methods, combined with the exquisite traditional craftsmanship and innovative techniques of Taiwanese artisans, it embodies Taiwanese design, Taiwanese manufacturing, Taiwanese cultural innovation, and the connection between Taiwanese and Japanese cultural differences.
