Please message us to confirm a pickup time, and we will add a free self-pickup option.** ・For deliveries within the Greater Taipei area, please select **Lalamove Courier**. Delivery can be scheduled within your specified date and time. ・For other cities, please select **Refrigerated Courier Delivery**. Outside of major holidays, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time. ・If a specific delivery date is requested, refrigerated courier shipments will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Logistics services do not operate on Sundays. ***Refrigerated courier delivery to other cities carries inherent risks. If logistics are delayed or the package is bumped or impacted during transit, it may result in damage to the floral gift. Therefore, cancellations for general orders made more than 5 business days before the specified shipping date (excluding the shipping day) will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days will receive a 30% refund. Pre-order items cannot be canceled after 24:00 on the pre-order closing date. ・For custom requests such as specific packaging or card colors, please message us after placing your order. If we do not hear from you, the designer will make the selection. ・All floral ingredients are natural plants and will vary in form. The actual arrangement will be adjusted based on available materials and may not be identical to the photo. ・Floral ingredients are seasonal. If a specific item is temporarily out of stock or not in good condition, we will substitute it with a similar material that achieves the desired effect. ・You may request a completion photo before delivery. Please confirm within 3 hours of receiving the photo to avoid delaying shipment. ・Completion photos are for confirming the ordered item only. Except for clear issues such as wilting or bruising, we do not offer replacements for individual flowers, changes in flower placement, vases, card colors, or packaging schemes. Any last-minute changes will incur additional charges for materials and may delay shipment. **| Floral Gift Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies by type, care, and environment, typically ranging from 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving your arrangement, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing it in a vase, and keeping it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Clean the stems and trim 2-3 cm every 1-2 days, and change the water to extend the viewing period. ・For centerpieces, gift boxes, and baskets, remove the packaging upon arrival. Gently separate the flowers and leaves from the back or sides of the arrangement or pot, and add water until it is 3-4 cm below the rim of the container. Replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Warm temperatures and direct sunlight will shorten the life of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, increase the frequency of water changes. For centerpieces, adding one drop of bleach to the water can help reduce microbial growth.
