Then, mail (shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer) or hand-deliver the product to the Homerunpet Taiwan repair station for warranty assessment (if the issue is determined to be user-induced, a separate quote will be provided). After the repair is completed and the corresponding fees are paid, the product will be shipped back, completing the warranty repair process (return shipping costs are borne by our company). ★ For warranty repairs, the product must be shipped back to the Homerunpet Taiwan Taichung Repair Center at your own expense. If the issue is determined to be user-induced or the product is out of warranty, a separate quote will be provided and charged for repairs.
