Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings and imprints from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not flaws. Minor indentations or scratches during processing, transport, and production are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these except for major scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, color variations can occur due to different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide absorbing dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.)
