Cream Mouse / Chestnut Base Colors / 3cm Special Ink Washi Tape / With Release Paper

Cream Mouse's first venture into designing base color washi tape! For this inaugural design, the color palette was chosen to complement Cream Mouse's signature warm brown tones. The inspiration stemmed from a personal realization: during journaling and crafting, I found myself frequently using plain base tapes like grids and dots before layering on Cream Mouse illustrations. However, I struggled to find a base tape that perfectly matched Cream Mouse's color scheme, so I decided to design one myself based on my preferences! The theme is "Chestnut Base Colors," featuring shades of warm brownish-yellow, caramel, deep coffee, and warm reddish-brown. The patterns include various checks, polka dots, small flowers, chestnuts, and apples, interspersed with small slogans commonly found in journals. The overall color palette blends seamlessly with Cream Mouse merchandise, making it ideal for use as a standalone base layer or for creating framed sections. I can't wait to start crafting with it in my journal!
