As the fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving imperfections" may appear, resembling small "frays." While these are unavoidable with the use of vintage machinery, we diligently inspect every piece at the factory and take care to avoid these imperfections during fabric cutting. If found, we use them in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, eliminating them entirely is not possible.
