* All items are handmade. After order confirmation and payment, production and shipping typically take 10-14 business days (excluding special custom orders). If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire.
* In the event of natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances that cause delivery delays, we will send a notification. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipments are handled by logistics partners and convenience store delivery services. Actual arrival times depend on the driver's delivery route and conditions, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* Invoices are issued for all items. If you require a company registration number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and permanent basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Customized items, lost gemstones, and damage due to clear human factors are not covered by the warranty. Repairs may incur a fee depending on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued; please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or for products not from HYGGE ADORN.
* All shipping costs for after-sales service, both ways, will be borne by the customer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone reattachment) require the accompanying product warranty card. A record of after-sales service history will be noted on the warranty card. Please contact us to request after-sales service.

* All items undergo professional quality control checks before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please maintain its original condition and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Due to variations in browsing devices and settings, color differences may occur. Please refer to the actual color of the item received.
# Size: Dimensions may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; a margin of error of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
# Solder Joints: While crafted with precision by artisans, minor solder joints may be present in handmade items, such as at the junction of earring posts and the earring body, or at necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these joints is normal.
# Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones, each with unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal.
# Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each a unique gem with its own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent appearance, each pearl will still be unique.
| Return Policy |
* All items (excluding customized products) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging and shipping box.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, gift boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, or earring backs, etc., that arrived with the product.
# Non-normal trial wear, where the item shows clear signs of prolonged wear and soiling.
# The item has been altered, such as by engraving or modifying the size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts have not been returned.
# The item is damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, custom orders made according to the consumer's request are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to add or return items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have fully inspected the items before initiating a return.
* If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for promotional discounts, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you return items without specific reason more than 3 times within one year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
