Avoid contact with water and direct sunlight. ❀ Natural Stones ▴ Natural stone patterns, inclusions, and textures are unique to each stone. ▴ Crystals with internal fractures should not be subjected to heavy pressure to prevent breakage. ▴ Avoid contact with chemical substances; do not wipe with alcohol. ❀ Plated/Gold-filled Metal: ▴ Ear posts/clips are made of 304/316 stainless steel plated with 14K or 18K real gold. ▴ Most accessory components below the earrings are made of brass plated with 18K gold. ▴ When not wearing, gently wipe the surface of the jewelry with a dry cloth and store each piece separately, isolated from air to prevent oxidation and friction, thereby extending the lifespan of your jewelry. ▴ Do not use silver polishing cloths, copper polish, or toothpaste, as they may scratch off the surface plating. ❀ Brass ▴ For pure brass components, a silver polishing cloth or a small amount of copper polish or toothpaste can be used for cleaning. ❀ Ear Hole Care ▴ Before each wear, please disinfect the ear posts/hooks/clips (parts that come into contact with your earlobes) with alcohol. After removing the earrings, clean them immediately with alcohol as well. This effectively reduces the chance of earlobe inflammation. ❀ For hygiene reasons and due to storage considerations, all jewelry purchased in-store and online is non-refundable or exchangeable, unless it is defective. ❀ Please feel free to inquire about after-sales repair services.
