* All items are handmade. After your order is confirmed and payment is received, production and shipping will take 14-20 business days (excluding custom-made items). If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire.
* In the event of natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors that may cause delivery delays, we will send a notification. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipments are handled by courier services and convenience store logistics. Actual delivery times depend on the driver's route and conditions, and precise delivery times cannot be specified.
* An invoice will be issued for all purchases. If you require a company registration number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order comments.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Custom items, lost gemstones, and damage caused by human factors are not covered by the warranty. Repairs may incur a fee depending on the situation.
* Warranty cards are not replaceable if lost, please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for products without a warranty card or that are not HYGGE ADORN products.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the customer.
* For all after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone loss), please include the product warranty card. A record of after-sales service history will be documented on the warranty card. Please contact us to request after-sales service.
| Product Description |
* All products undergo a professional quality inspection before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Product colors may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual product color upon receipt.
# Size: There may be a measurement error of 0.5-1 cm due to different measurement methods, which is considered normal.
# Solder Points: While our craftsmanship is precise, minor solder points may be present, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or at necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these seams is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and patterns. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cloudy inclusions within gemstones are normal.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two will be exactly alike.
| Return Policy |
* All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is received until the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging and shipping box.
# Missing or damaged accessories and invoice, such as paper invoice, warranty card, envelope, original box, paper bag, kraft shipping box, or earring backs.
# Not a normal trial fit; the item shows clear signs of extended wear and tear or soiling.
# The item has been altered, such as engraving or modification of size or chain length.
# Promotional free gifts have not been returned.
# The item is damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, custom orders made at the consumer's request are not covered by the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE AODRN. However, if the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order total remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Only one free return shipping service is provided per order. If you need to add or return items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have fully inspected the items before initiating a return.
* If a return results in the original order not meeting the criteria for a promotional offer, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you return items without specific reason more than 3 times within one year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
