Screenshots, dimly lit, or out-of-focus photos are strongly discouraged to ensure optimal printing results. 2. Submit Your Image: Please send your original, uncompressed photo file via direct message or email. 3. Choose Your Background Color: Select your preferred background color. We especially recommend a dual-sided combination of "one white/light side and one colored side" to add depth and texture to your pillow. 4. Personalization Add-ons/Accessories: Please proactively inform us if you wish to add small embellishments (e.g., cute blush, a personalized name tag). If not specified before artwork confirmation, the product will be made with the original image after background removal. 5. Revision Limit: To ensure efficient production, we offer one complimentary revision for background color or minor adjustments. Subsequent modifications will incur a fee. 6. Artwork Confirmation: Once the design is complete, "Smile Flower" will provide a digital mock-up for your review. Production will commence only after you confirm your approval. 7. Production Time: Customized items typically require 10-20 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays). For urgent requests related to specific holidays, please communicate with us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. ⚠️ Purchase Considerations (Important Notes) 1. No Returns/Exchanges for Custom Orders: All items are custom-made according to individual preferences and are therefore exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period as per consumer protection laws. With the exception of significant defects, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, color differences, or sizing discrepancies. Screen vs. Print Color & Printing Limitations: Textile printing inherently involves a reasonable color variation of 10%-15% compared to screen displays on mobile devices or computers.
