[Mù Chūn Living] 60ml Ge Ware Perfect Tea Cup / Wine Cup, A Work by Master Ye Min-Xiang of Yingge - ถ้วย - เครื่องลายคราม

รายละเอียดสินค้า

→ About the Piece This Tenmoku tea bowl features a full, rounded silhouette, making it versatile for enjoying tea, coffee, or a small drink. Ge Ware is renowned as one of the "Five Great Kilns" of the Song Dynasty in China (Ru, Guan, Ge, Jun, and Ding). Ge Ware ceramics are distinguished by a unique surface pattern known as "ice crackle," or "kai pian" in ceramic terminology. Historically, these beautiful crackles originated from imperfections in the ceramic-making process. However, rather than rectifying them, we have dedicated ourselves to studying and refining this feature, transforming the ice crackle into a signature characteristic. Since ancient times, elegant scholars have found beauty in imperfections, allowing their artistic sensibilities to infuse everyday life. Master Ye's Ge Ware ice crackle showcases mature firing techniques. The blue-green hue, as translucent as a lake, is complemented by delicate crackling. It shimmers under different lights, sometimes sparkling, sometimes appearing lush and verdant, evoking a sense of the earth and glaze merging. As the fine crackles come into contact with tea over time, their textures deepen, imparting a richer luster. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this piece is designed for practicality. Drawing upon years of experience, Master Ye meticulously adjusts each creation to ensure it is both comfortable to hold and durable. → Product Specifications Ge Ware Round Tea Cup / Wine Cup Capacity: 60cc Dimensions: 7.5 x 7.5 x 4 cm (L x W x H) → Purchase Notes * Most products in this design hall are handcrafted, and the glaze or ash glaze distribution on each piece will vary. This is precisely the charm of ceramic art. Therefore, once a single piece is sold out, it will not be restocked, and an identical piece cannot be found. We apologize if a piece you admire is purchased by someone else; you may need to explore other pieces in our design hall. Alternatively, you can contact the designer to inquire about the availability of similar items. * Dimensions are measured manually and may have a margin of error of up to 0.5 cm. * Pieces may exhibit slight marks from the crafting process, as all items are handmade or semi-handmade. These are normal signs of the production method. * During the firing process, the natural distribution of glazes and ash glaze is a normal occurrence and a characteristic emphasized by NATURE GLAZE Studio. Ceramics are inherently natural. If you have any questions about the product, please send us a private message. * Product colors are based on actual items. While product photos are taken in a studio with adjusted lighting and environments, no post-production enhancements are used. Please consider the actual product color as final, as variations will not be considered defects. → About the Artist [Master Ye Min-Hsiang] Apprenticed under Professor Wu Yu-Tang ◎ Experience 1979 Kiln Department Head, Sanxi Tang Ceramics Company 1986 Founder, Xiangyi Ceramics Studio 1993 Consultant, Gantanxuan Art & Crafts Co., Ltd. 1998 Glaze Technology Advisor, Thailand Factory, Shin Chu Pottery Co., Ltd. 1998 Master Craftsman, Ceramics Department, Yingge Vocational High School of Industry & Commerce 2001 Consultant, Shandong Factory, Gantanxuan Art & Crafts Co., Ltd. 2002 Vice General Manager, Jiaxing Quanyou Handicrafts Co., Ltd. 2003 Production Manager, Shanghai Qidong Huatai Ceramics Co., Ltd. 2005 Glaze Technology Advisor, Malaysia Specialty Ceramics Company ◎ Exhibited Works 1995 Wu Yu-Tang Professor & Students Joint Exhibition 2010 Crystal Glaze Appraisal Exhibition, Taiwan Ceramics Museum (Title: Crystal Glaze Series Six-Color Cups) 2011 New Ceramic Product Appraisal Exhibition, Taiwan Ceramics Museum (Title: Sky Blue Ru Ware) 2011 Taiwan Ceramics Brand Classic Exhibition, Taiwan Ceramics Museum (Title: Crystal Glaze Series Six-Color Cups) 2012 Golden Quality Award for Ceramics, Taiwan Ceramics Museum (Title: Happiness) 2012 Excellent Handicrafts Evaluation, Taiwan (Title: Happiness) 2012 Creative Products for Culinary Culture, Taiwan Lifestyle Craft Design Competition (Title: Ru Ware with Abundance) 2013 Selected for Excellent Handicrafts, Taiwan (Xiangyi Ceramics Studio) 2013 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Specialty Tableware Appraisal Exhibition (Sky Blue - Lucky Tea Set) 2013 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Specialty Tableware Appraisal Exhibition (Tenmoku Iron Spot Glaze Bowl) 2013 Certificate of Excellent Handicrafts Evaluation, Taiwan (Tea Flower Pattern Incense Holder) 2014 Taiwan Creative Life Ceramics New Product Appraisal Exhibition - (Curved Pattern Teapot Tea Set) 2014 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Tea Flower Pattern Incense Holder) 2014 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Round Tea Set) 2014 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Tea Leaf Glaze Covered Cup) 2014 Top Ten Creative Souvenirs of New Taipei City, Taiwan - Creative Lifestyle Group Award (Happiness Tea Set) 2015 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Elegant Teapot) 2015 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Tenmoku Cups - Gold, Red Gold, Green Gold, 3 styles) 2015 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (Happiness Tea Set) 2016 Top Ten Creative Souvenirs of New Taipei City, Taiwan - Creative Lifestyle Group Award (Lucky Tea Set) 2020 "2020 New Taipei City Specialty Product Selection" - Finalist in the "Good Living Items" category for “Covered Bowl Tea Ware” 2021 Yingge Kiln Brand Plan - Trademark Licensing Appraisal - (NATURE GLAZE Studio Coffee Dripper) 2022 Taiwan Green Crafts Selection, National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute - (NATURE GLAZE Studio Coffee Dripper) 2023 Taiwan Green Crafts Selection, National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute - (Maze Dripper) 2023 Taiwan Green Crafts Selection, National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute - (Small Edge Cup) 2025 "Where Things Belong" - Lifestyle Ritual Exhibition (NATURE GLAZE Studio Coffee Dripper) → Our Studio Story Located in Yingge, Taiwan, our ceramic studio is deeply rooted in local craftsmanship, offering both beautiful and practical ceramic coffee ware.
