Returns or exchanges based on pattern preference cannot be accommodated. ✔ This product is custom-made to order by our artisans. As such, it is considered a personalized item and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, the brand offers a 7-day exchange service for items with manufacturing defects. We kindly ask that discerning customers, who are unable to accept minor imperfections inherent to burlap bean bags or variations in color or pattern compared to the product photos, consider this carefully before placing an order. ✔ Returned items must be in their original, complete packaging. Items that have been improperly disassembled, used, or show signs of damage, abrasion, scratches, soiling, or incomplete packaging that renders them unsaleable, or are missing accessories, are not eligible for return.
