Over time, due to usage and exposure to air and environment, it may naturally oxidize, resulting in a dulled luster and a deeper metallic hue. This is a normal phenomenon. ・ If your brass jewelry oxidizes and turns black, here are a few methods to restore its shine: - Gently wipe with a silver polishing cloth to restore luster. The cloth turning black is normal; do not wash it, as this will diminish its effectiveness. - Lightly brush with a toothbrush dipped in a small amount of dish soap or toothpaste, then dry thoroughly. - Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with a small amount of brass polish to restore the brass's shine. Afterward, rinse with dish soap to remove any residual polish, preventing potential allergic reactions during wear. ・ Preserved flower jewelry is made from fresh flowers and can last over 5 years.
