**Handcraft Experience and Finished Product**
This time, we've selected a nine-grid collection box for our project. Each of the nine compartments can hold different ocean elements, with beautiful wave patterns on the surface. The finished product is stunning, adding a touch of handmade artistry to any corner of your home that will catch your eye and elicit admiration.
Important Note: The finished product requires two days to dry, so it cannot be taken home on the same day. The instructor will mail it to you within 7 business days. The shipping fee is included in the price!

・Capacity: 1-8 people per session (minimum 1 person to start)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, shipping, and unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Course Notes: Due to the curing time required for epoxy resin, items cannot be taken home on the day of the workshop. They will be mailed to your home within 7 business days after the course concludes.

・Transportation: Take the MRT to Ximen Station (Green/Blue Lines), Exit 6. Turn left onto Zhonghua Road and walk for 5 minutes. Turn left onto Section 2, Hankou Street and walk for 7 minutes. The venue is located next to the historic Ciyun Temple.

・If you are registering the day before or on the day of the event, please contact us to confirm if the session is running before registering.
・Upon checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no further SMS or pre-event notifications will be sent.
・Unpaid orders are considered incomplete registrations. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid orders do not secure a place on the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or by calling (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
A. For refund requests submitted more than 60 days before the class starts, 95% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 and 8 days before the class starts, 90% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 and 1 day before the class starts, 80% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture of the rescheduling option. If you cannot coordinate a new session time, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not possible due to material and venue arrangements already being completed. Participants who do not attend will be considered forfeiting their registration.
・To ensure fairness for other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiting their participation.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6, two days before the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time. To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please avoid lateness.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This course includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes by xiabenhow. By participating, you agree that your image may be used in event records or future promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
