For this session, we've selected a nine-grid collection box. Each of the nine compartments can hold different ocean-themed elements, with a beautiful wave effect on the surface. The finished piece is stunning, allowing you to catch a glimpse of your own exquisite handmade craft in unexpected corners, bringing a smile to your face every time.
Important Note: The finished pieces require two days to cure and cannot be taken home on the same day. We will mail your creation to you within 7 business days. The fee includes postage!

・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, shipping postage, and unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Course Notes: Due to the curing time required for epoxy resin, items cannot be taken home on the day of the workshop. They will be mailed to your home within 7 business days after the course concludes.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session has started before proceeding with registration.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for will be considered unsuccessful registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
* For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been made. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
* To ensure the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany or participate unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 by two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
