Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market, our material and plating do not contain nickel, thus avoiding allergy issues. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still get an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it might be due to: 1. Unhygienic personal habits (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, causing redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the earring post material is definitely not the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening" at a hospital, which may incur a higher out-of-pocket cost, to clarify the cause and protect the rights of both parties. Since we started making jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergies so far. Can they be converted later? What are the costs? A: Yes, you can. 😊 We offer basic after-sales service: "Ear post to ear clip (free)" "Ear clip to ear post (free)" Simply send the item you wish to convert back to us, along with $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ If you do not include the return postage or cash, we will not ship the item back to you. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Currently, acrylic does not possess the technology to create such intricate products. All our items are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid weather, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for daily life (meaning you don't have to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating), but we recommend removing them for activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after ordering? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping as we are at markets) As we operate through market stalls and events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, we ship our products between Monday and Friday.
