This class will teach you how to wet felt a special donut shape,
then use a needle tool to add a charming little face, completing a small dish!

★ Suitable for beginners.
★ Finished product dimensions: approx. 14cm (L) * 15cm (W) * 6.5cm (H).
★ Materials used: Imported wool from Australia, Japan, and New Zealand; 18μm wool roving sheets. We specifically use wool sheets made from 18μm Merino wool, which has finer fibers, a softer texture, and felts more quickly.
★ Recommended age: 10 years and above.
★ For wet felting workshops, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the class for preparation.

【Important Notes】
● Different workshops may be running concurrently. The class will proceed if a minimum of 3 participants register for the same time slot.
● Please bring your own basic wool felting tools or purchase them. Other tools will be provided for borrowing: small scissors, awls, pins, glue.
● Students are welcome to bring their own boxes to take their creations home. Minor pilling due to friction is normal and can be trimmed with small scissors.
● Completion times vary for each individual. Please follow the instructor's steps. The techniques will be thoroughly taught during the class, and fine-tuning can be done at home.
● To maintain quality, please avoid being late to avoid disrupting other participants. **Auditing, visiting, accompanying, or sharing a project between two people is not permitted.**
● By participating, you agree that the organizers may take photos for event documentation and online promotion.
● **For wet felting workshops, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the class for preparation.**
● **No prior notification will be sent.** Please remember the date and location of your class.
【Cancellation Policy】
Participant Cancellation
● To ensure teaching quality and the rights of other participants, **no refunds will be issued regardless of the reason.**
● Participants may cancel and reschedule a workshop once. **A second cancellation will result in the material kit being mailed instead.**
● Cancellation Notice Timing:
15 days or more before the class date: The fee can be reserved and transferred to any other workshop (any price difference will be settled).
Within 14 days before the class date (inclusive of the day): The reserved fee will be deducted by $600 * total number of classes.
Within 3 days before the class date (inclusive of the day): Half of the course fee will be deducted from the reserved amount, and the material kit will be mailed.
On the day of the class: **The fee will not be reserved**, and the material kit will be mailed directly.
● If a participant is late or leaves more than 1/3 of the total class time, it will be considered a no-show, and **entry will be refused.** Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel.
● For consecutive workshops, if all sessions are cancelled, the cancellation will be based on the time of the first day's class.
● If a make-up session is needed for consecutive workshops, the fee will be charged hourly ($200/hr).
● Due to the numerous and irregular nature of our workshops, please message us on our social media platforms to schedule make-up sessions. **We do not proactively notify about make-up class availability.**
● All cancellation times will be based on the time of contact between the participant and customer service.
Other Cancellation Reasons
● If the organizer cancels a workshop, participants will be contacted for rescheduling or a refund.
● If a natural disaster (e.g., typhoon) causes a suspension of services in either the participant's place of residence or the workshop location, the **class will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.**
