※ Due to limited handcrafting time (60 minutes), **it is recommended to have your creative idea planned in advance** to allow more time for detailed refinement on-site.

Activity Location: Within the 2025 Yingge Origin Open Day Pottery Market / Next to the ancient kiln at Yingge Elementary School (Opposite No. 55 Yuying Street, Yingge District, New Taipei City, Entrance of Yingge Elementary School)
※ 1 km from Yingge Train Station, approximately 13 minutes on foot (Exit from Wenhua Road recommended)
※ For those driving cars or motorcycles, please find parking spaces upon arrival to avoid illegal parking tickets.
※ Work aprons will be provided. During the handcrafting process, some dust is inevitable. **It is recommended to wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty, and you can also prepare a mask** to create without limitations.
※ For the completed works, we will assist with glazing and firing. **Shipping will take approximately 20-60 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and delivery time). During high-temperature firing, slight air bubbles, small black spots, minor scratches, uneven surfaces, and color variations are normal for ceramics and not considered defects. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this, please be aware.**
※ Ceramic product dimensions and shapes may have slight variations due to shrinkage during firing.
※ Due to the handmade nature of some ceramic products, they may not be perfectly flawless. Those with perfectionist tendencies should refrain from purchasing.
※ The color of product images may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitor settings. Please refer to the actual product color.

※ **If the clay坯 is accidentally dropped or damaged during the handcrafting process, no new clay坯 will be provided.**
※ Please adhere to the rules of the activity venue and follow the instructions of the on-site staff. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
※ The appearance of finished fired works cannot be guaranteed to be exactly as expected. Minor black spots, bubbles, etc., are normal and do not affect usability.
※ The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on social media channels, which may include your likeness.
※ Organizer: Anda Kiln reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations of the event, and cancellations.
[ Rescheduling / Cancellation / Refund Policy ]
➚ As each session has a limited number of participants, please confirm the time before purchasing. If you need to reschedule, please cancel and place a new order.
- For requests made 20 days or more before the class starts (including the start date), a full refund will be issued (excluding ATM and virtual account transfer fees).
- For requests made 10 days or more before the class starts (including the start date), a 50% refund will be issued (excluding ATM and virtual account transfer fees).
- No refunds will be processed for requests made from 7 days before the class starts up to the day of the experience class.
➚ If you choose to terminate your participation in the activity due to personal reasons during the event, no refund will be provided.
➚ In case of natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the policy will be based on the announcements from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. If the class location is announced to be closed for work or school, the rescheduling or cancellation procedures announced on the Anda Kiln official website and Facebook page will apply.
