Dried flowers should be kept in a dry, well-ventilated environment, avoiding humidity and direct sunlight. 2. Dried flowers are real flowers that have been air-dried. They typically last about six months to a year and will gradually fade and shed over time, which is a normal process. 3. Preserved flowers are real flowers treated with special techniques to maintain their fresh color. They do not require watering and can last much longer. 4. If dust accumulates over time, gently brush it off with a soft brush. 5. As dried flowers are natural products, the color and posture of each flower will vary. 6. We use fresh, seasonal flowers for drying. If a particular flower is out of stock, we will substitute it with the most suitable alternative. 7. Dried and preserved flowers are natural materials. Please handle them with care to avoid minor shedding due to impact. We will do our best to package them to prevent shedding, and we kindly ask you to protect them during transport home.
