The brand originated from the local Hong Kong fashion designer Yiman. The name of Shidou comes from her squirrel dog Shishi and Doudou. Yiman's grandfather is a tailor who sells fabrics and other products. She started her business by customizing suits. She inherited her grandfather's expertise and became interested in painting and sewing when she was in middle school. I chose fashion design and product development when choosing a college degree, and after graduation, I entered the fashion designer industry. She has been engaged in the design industry for nearly ten years now. She has seen that the industry has gradually shrunk in Hong Kong. Many production and design and development processes have been relocated to mainland China and other developing countries. She also feels that the design work is gradually starting to deteriorate. She became a serialized copy of the route of big brands, so she resolutely quit her job and was determined to create her own brand.
