1. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your spot to someone else or reschedule once up to 3 days before the class (for sessions within the next 3 months). Alternatively, a refund can be processed with a 30% service fee.
2. On the day of the workshop, as time, space, and materials have been reserved, and to ensure the rights of other participants, 'No-shows or late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will be considered a forfeiture of class rights, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.'
3. In cases of confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, illness, or other circumstances preventing attendance, please provide relevant medical documentation and notify us in advance via message to discuss alternative arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain the quality of the workshop for all participants, 'only registered attendees are permitted in the classroom; accompanying persons cannot participate.'
5. In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure circumstances (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the session.
6. If you do not wish for photos or videos featuring your likeness, taken during the event, to be uploaded to our brand's social media for record-keeping or promotional purposes, please inform us at the venue.
