1. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your spot to someone else or reschedule once up to 3 days before the class (for sessions within the next 3 months). Alternatively, a refund can be processed with a 30% service fee deducted from the course fee.
2. On the day of the class, due to reserved time, materials, and to ensure the rights of other participants, 'No-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of your right to attend, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible.'
3. In cases of confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis or illness preventing attendance, please provide relevant medical documentation and notify us in advance via message. We can discuss alternative arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain a quality learning environment for all participants, 'only ticket holders are permitted in the classroom. Companions cannot attend.'
5. In the event of inclement weather or force majeure (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the session.
6. If you do not wish for photos or videos capturing your likeness during the event to be uploaded to our brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us at the venue on the day of the activity.
