|Important Notes for Course Registration| 🔎
1. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your spot to someone else or reschedule once up to 3 days before the class starts (for any session within the next 3 months). Alternatively, you may request a refund, which will incur a 30% service fee based on the course fee.
2. On the day of the class, as time, space, and materials have been reserved, and to ensure the rights of other participants, 'Failure to attend or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of your right to attend. No refunds or rescheduling will be possible.'
3. If you are unable to attend due to confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis or illness, please provide relevant medical documentation and notify us in advance via message. We will discuss the appropriate arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain the quality of the class and the rights of other participants, 'Only ticket holders are permitted to attend. Companions are not allowed to participate.'
5. In case of inclement weather or force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
6. If you do not wish for photos or videos taken during the event that feature your likeness to be uploaded to our brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us at the venue on the day of the event.
